This is 2 days after contact with the poison ivy, just as I am realizing that this is poison ivy and not some sort of a bug bite. The swelling came on rather quickly, and became very itchy very quickly.

This is my left side, that I am pointing to with my left hand for scale.

Now note, poison oil doesn't all react at once. So there was actually LONG strips of oil initially placed on me - but only the beginning of the stripes had begun to react here. You'll see in later days how the rest of the oil eventually soaked through the layers of skin and flared up as well.
