Blitzball: Encounters

Encounters are when two people on different teams run into each other. Usually the people without the ball are trying to block or tackle the guy with the ball. The block is done by comparing the BA (block ability) vs the ball carrier's PA (pass ability). If the block succeeds, they can either deflect the ball or grab a hold of it.
