Grand Theft Auto Vice City Walkthrough:
Feeding the Fishes


This is a standard stat that causes a lot of confusion. In mob slang, you "feed the fishes" with someone by throwing them into the water with "cement shoes" (i.e. encase their feet in cement so they sink) and they drown without being able to swim back out. And the body is never found.

In the Sopranos, this is what Tony and his crew did to Little Pussy when they discovered that he was now a FBI informant.

So in order to get credit for the Feeding the Fishes stat, you have to knock an enemy into the water so they drown and die there.
