Ice Cream Mission
"I'm your Ice Cream Man, Stop me when I'm Passing Byyyyyyyy ...."
OK, you're not David Lee Roth, but you buy that ice cream shop and suddenly you're a drug dealer! Note that MANY people have trouble getting that ding-a-ling noise to happen. The button to activate it is VERY tempermental. Make sure you just TAP the button (it's the left thumbstick being pushed in on the PS2) to turn the music on.
Watch for cops, and drive off if you see a cop approaching you. You have to cycle through all of your views to keep an eye on all directions while you do your sales.
Tip from Jay Blue:
You have to sell a certain amount (I sold 75 but not sure what minimum is) and then the Ice cream generates up to $3,000.
