* By the windmill there's a M on the wall to water
* At the blocked end of the river, dive down to get one
* M up at windmill (on way to Petey Piranha in Episode 2)
* Down in far end of lake, at the bottom. Swim down to it.
* X up on wall by bells, coin on opposite side of same wall
* X up on wall by bells, coin on opposite side of same wall
* Kill wiggler on way to rocket nozzel box on back wall
* Go beneath wooden bridge and jump up from rope
* In Episode 5, wash off slimy guy near flowers
* M on wall in back near 2 posts (near guy in Episode 5)
