Now Gooper Blooper is up on the helicopter pad. Go up in town, get rocket launcher, get up on circle roof. Then go over to pad.

Gooper Blooper is more aggressive than before of course. You have the same 2 rounds of killing him. Squirt him to have him attack you, then jump on a tentacle and pull.

His eyes turn purple at the end, and he's launched up. The shine comes to you.
