The bonus skill points are tons of fun to find! But if you really can't find one, here is where they are.
Sunny Villa: Flame all Trees. Pretty self explanatory.
Sunny Villa: Skateboard Course Record 1. Do well to get this one.
Molten Crater: Supercharge the wall
Molten Crater: Carry the Heads - credit to Bianca!
it´s in Sgt. Byrd´s area. You have to carry all the heads to the platform were you entered the area.
Seashell Shore: Catch Funky Chicken.

In the area with all the speed boosters, you need to go to the whirlwind and let it take you up to the top. As you are gliding down, turn left and you should see a pillar down below. You need to land on that to get the skill point.
Enchanted Towers: Skateboard Course Record 2.
Spooky Swamp: Destroy all piranha signs. You knew they were too cute :)
Sgt Byrd's Base: Bomb the gophers.
Frozen Altars: Beat yeti in 2 rounds
Lost Fleet: Any Thoughts?
Fireworks Factory: Find agent 9's power up - Credit to Matthew W!
Charmed Ridge: Any Thoughts?
Charmed Ridge: Shoot temple windows
Bentley's Outpost: push box off cliff
Desert Ruins: Destroy all seaweed.
Haunted Tomb: Swim into the dark hole - credit to Belle!
early on in the level, there is a small river, that goes into a dark place. Swim into it, and youll get the skill point.
Dino Mines: Hit all seahorses
Dino Mines: Hit secret dino
Agent 9's Lab: blow up all palm trees.
