Sayonara Salvatore
Your new Japanese friend is Yakuza. She'll employ you but you have to prove you're not with the mafia now. You have to kill Salvatore.
He'll leave Luigi's at 20:30. (3 hr from whenever you talk to her)
Go to the building across from Luigi's. Don't bother trying for a pill to help out, you won't make it. And you don't need it. Guards will come out the side alley. Watch for them to get set. Then he runs straight out. Snipe him when he does, or if you're in the mood to be splashy, grenades work very well.
