When you do the first Yakuza mission, you get a beeper mesage. King Courtney would like a word. Get to the payphone in Aspatria.
This is another race mission that you can keep having fun with long after you win the game. You in essence have to get as many checkpoints as possible. If someone gets a checkpoint before you, race on to the next one. Stingers work well for this.
