Grand Theft Auto 3 Walkthrough:
Under Surveillance
OK, now you get to meet Kenji, the male half of the Yakuza world. He runs the casino.
He wants you to kill off the mafia spies. You get 6:30 to kill off 3 areas of them. First, there are 2 on an island in the middle of the park. Just snipe them.
OK, next, there are 5 up in an apartment building. Find vantage points and snipe them, usually only 2-3 can get you from any given spot. Head across from the casino. You can snipe from the helicopter pad for any left.
The last spot has a van full of them. Grenade it.
