Grand Theft Auto 3 Walkthrough:

I love this mission! First, there's his line. "The Jeengle Jeengle". Second, there's a cool ice cream truck in it!
OK, really it's simple. You're going to put a bomb into the ice cream truck and blow up his enemies. First you grab the briefcase at the indicated spot. No problem. Now follow the ice cream truck dot and block it in with your car. Hop into the ice cream truck. He doesn't really put up a fight so this should be easy too.
Now simply drive to the correct spot, and press L3 to start the song. That is SO funny! All the guys line up and head right over! When they're all close, blow them up. You get $6,000 plus some scavenging.
