Syberia Walkthrough: Komkolzgrad - Firing the Rocket
Once Boris is sober, go to the next screen to the right (from Boris' area) and then go left in that new screen. You get to the rocket launch area. Go up into the rocket control tower and take the blood tester which is to the far right. Go back down with it and use it on Boris to get some of his blood. Go back to the control tower.
Take the key lying on the left side and use it. Next, open the panel on the rightand connect the two wires in there. On the top right, turn the power switch from 0 to 1.
Put the blood test unit into the far right, with Boris' blood in it. Do the needle shape and then the up-down shape and the rocket lifts up. You need more blood though. If you try to leave, she just pricks her own finger so keep working at the control. Do the needle again, and then the rotating button and you'll see him go into the rocket. Now press the solid triangle and a countdown starts. He tells you the airship needs to be cranked up.
He blasts off, and when you go down to the launch pad area, you'll find a crank lying on the floor.
