Pink Hyacinth

The Pink Hyacinth is found in many temperate zones. It is one of the first bloomers of the spring, coming after the daffodil and crocusses by only a week or so. It blooms about the same time as the Grape Hyacinth

Hyacinths were loved by the Greeks and Romans, and Virgil wrote about them. The Pink Hyacinth is a classic English Garden plant. They enjoy full sun to light shade.

A pink hyacinth given to someone indicates friendship.
