Catnip
Growing Information and Photos
These Catnip plants grow in Massachusetts. Catnip plants are pretty much perennial - they die back each winter and grow again in the spring. Note that cats won't bother them unless the leaves are ripped - it's the oil inside that drives them crazy.
The catnip that keeps regrowing is out in the herb garden. We also grow some in pots on the patio, so we can easily grab it to feed to the kittens!
