I am Daniel Stephen Shea IV. My son is Daniel Stephen Shea V (what else?). I am writing from Newtown, CT. My paternal grandfather was born in Nova Scotia. My father, who is deceased, left me a scap book with material of a literary nature from his 19th century relations in the U.S. It offers work by the prolific poet Pat Shea and the studious girls Galla and Eugenie Shea. I believe they resided in the Boston or New Hampshire area. Not much more is known to me. My dad grew up in Providence, R.I. Anyway, I thought I'd drop this little note so I could join the Shea circle of fellow clanspersons.
