In 1820 the Oxendines were in Jackson County, Tennessee. By 1830 they were more south, in White County. Most Oxendine activity takes place in White County, TN. But in 1850, Wilson Oxendine moved back to Jackson County, TN. By 1860, Wilson had run even further north to Kentucky. Wilson's brother Jonathan stayed in White County until he died.
