Henrietta Musgrove
Persuasion
In the 2008 version of Persuasion, Henrietta and Louisa are pretty much interchangeable, both are bubbly and silly. Henrietta is pretty much engaged to another man, but she ignores him when Wentworth shows up. There's a lot of tension over who Wentworth will hook up with.
However, in the book and the 1971 version, it's just a momentary distraction that draws Henrietta away. Louisa points her back at her betrothed during the walk, and POOF she's back in his arms. They are engaged in short order. In the 1971 version, Henrietta even stays to actively listen to Anne's poetry and express an interest in it.
