Cheers Boston Restaurant ReviewIt's important to note that this restaurant is NOT really Cheers - it's simply the original restaurant that Cheers was modelled after. Of course, once Cheers became hugely popular, this restaurant capitalized on that attention and now probably brings in mostly tourist trade :) The restaurant is, of course, down a flight of stairs and is very "cozy". We ate in the back room, the one you rarely saw in the show set. The benches were comfy, the staff was friendly in a lively sort of way. The menu was typical pub fare - burgers, fries, and so on. The prices might have been a little higher than usual, but heck, this is a destination that everyone should visit at least once, to say you've been there. A fun place to take out-of-town visitors :)
