Sonsie Boston Restaurant ReviewNewbury Street is a gorgeous location for walking, shopping, people watching, and of course dining. Sonsie is perhaps THE perfect restaurant in all of those regards. The entire front face of the restaurant is made up of windows that fold away in warm weather, so you can sit right in the open and watch while you eat! It was even featured in Fever Pitch, the Drew Barrymore movie about the Red Sox. I had a long afternoon meal here with my mom, and it was simply splendid. We began by having appetizers and drinks in the streetfront area, enjoying the sunshine and watching the world go by. When it came to be dinner time and the darkness fell, we moved to a back table where we were more sheltered. The food was delicious, the wine list was great, and the service was friendly and quick. Highly recommended!
