China - Epcot

China had a lovely exterior area, a good restaurant, and a really nice surround-vision movie. The landscapes in the movie were *gorgeous*. However, there are a few quirks. They showed a lot of Tiennaman Square but never mentioned its name! Probably because of the reaction we have to that name. They went on about the 10% of the world that lived on the Yangtzee River but never mentioned they were all being forceably moved for the new dam.

The restaurant, Nine Dragons, lets you sample a variety of Chinese cuisines. If you thought all Chinese cooking was the same, you're quite mistaken! China is a HUGE country and there are very different styles of cooking in its various regions.
