Tiger's Eye Braille Love - Polymer Clay Pendants

Tiger's Eye is the favorite stone of my boyfriend of 11 years. I have always adored tactile items - gardens with sensory setup, reading braille signs, working with textured origami papers. The braille on this piece reads "love".

Tiger's Eye is said to help with focus, especially in matters of business. It is reputed to help with your physical and spiritual help.

Making this piece was a true test of faith. I had never put a gemstone into our oven before - until now I had always glued them on afterwards. It was important to me that these tiger eye beads actually be an integral part of the pendant. Luckily, the little tiger eyes made it through the fire unscathed!
