In essence, this is the upgraded version of the Roomba Red. Where the Roomba Red charged in 7 hours, the Roomba Sage charges up in only 3. On the other hand, this is not part of the Discovery line. It doesn't know how to return to its own home base to charge up - you have to do that yourself.
