Bailey's Cocktails Recipes
I love Bailey's Irish Cream! This great drink is a blend of whiskey and cream. The whiskey is a grain whiskey, and then is blended in with about 50% cream. Back in the old days, a way to handle an upset stomach was to mix whiskey and cream together. It would soothe your stomach. The problem was that the two would not mix well together for long - but Bailey's found a secret way to get the mixture to stay.Baileys Irish Cream is not eternal. There is cream in there! If you let it sit for too long, it will start to congeal. The maximum time you can store Bailey's is 2 years. You don't have to refrigerate it, but you do want the temperature to be relatively constant. Refrigerating it is best - and drinking it within 6 month provides the best flavor.
