Amaretto Pineapple Recipe
This great amaretto-pineapple cocktail is sweet and light, perfect for summertime sipping. A sure hit with those with a sweet tooth.
2oz pineapple juice
1oz midori
1oz amaretto
5oz sour mix
blend together all with crushed ice and shake. Strain out ice and serve in a large glass.

57 Chevy: bourbon, grand marnier, vodka
Amaretto Pineapple: midori, amaretto
Blue Hawaiian: rum, blue curacao
Park Avenue: gin, vermouth
Pineapple Bomb: bourbon, amaretto
Pineapple Cocktail: rum
Pineapple Rum Cocktail: rum
