Pineapple Cocktail Recipe
The pineapple cocktail is a great summertime drink, light and refreshing.
2oz rum
1oz juice
1/2oz lemon juice
1/2oz grenadine
Shake thoroughly with ice, then strain out the ice and pour into a cocktail glass. Enjoy!
I actually do this one with a full little tin of pineapple juice (6oz) and enjoy this on the back porch.

57 Chevy: bourbon, grand marnier, vodka
Amaretto Pineapple: midori, amaretto
Blue Hawaiian: rum, blue curacao
Park Avenue: gin, vermouth
Pineapple Bomb: bourbon, amaretto
Pineapple Cocktail: rum
Pineapple Rum Cocktail: rum
