Pineapple Rum Cocktail Recipe
I love pineapple in summer cocktails. It's such a light and refreshing flavor! This one uses lemon juice and rum.
2oz pineapple juice
2oz rum
1/2oz lemon juice
Shake together with ice cubes, strain and serve in a cocktail glass.
Pineapple Drinks
57 Chevy: bourbon, grand marnier, vodka
Amaretto Pineapple: midori, amaretto
Blue Hawaiian: rum, blue curacao
Park Avenue: gin, vermouth
Pineapple Bomb: bourbon, amaretto
