Bailey's Red Bird Layered Drink
Warning on this one - pineapple juice of course mixed with cream causes a curdling effect. You are going to get a texture in this drink.
2oz Baileys
1/2oz vodka
1oz pineapple juice
Simply shake the ingredients together, and serve over ice.
