Sour Mix Recipe

A good sour mix is the basis for many great cocktails. It's very easy to make your own sour mix as long as you have a bottle of lemon juice lying around.

5oz lemon juice
3oz sugar
2oz water

Simply mix together and store in your fridge. It comes in handy for many recipes! In essence it's lemonade - a good blend of sweet and sour flavors.
