Raspberry Dessert Sauce Recipe



Raspberry dessert sauce can be used in a variety of ways - over pies, over ice cream, it'll make just about anything taste better!

1 pound frozen raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp framboise liqueur

Defrost and blend the frozen raspberries until smooth. Use a sieve to strain out any seeds. Mix in the sugar and liqueur, and keep in the fridge until use.

Perfect for decorating dessert plates with, too!
