Harry Potter Victoria Sponge Recipe
Victoria Sponge is a traditional English sponge dessert that is a classic in many English households. This is right up the alley of Harry Potter and his friends.
4oz sugar
4oz butter
2 eggs
4oz flour
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together sugar and butter, then blend in eggs. Mix flour in slowly, then add vanilla.
Put into two 6" sandwich tins, and cook at 375F for 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
