Passover Raisin Nut Cookies Recipe
Passover cookies are a celebration of the joy of freedom from slavery. These raisin nut cookies are traditional and delicious.
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cake meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins
Beat eggs, then mix in sugar. Mix in all remaining ingredients. Drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 400F for 12 minutes.
