Apple Cheesecake Recipe
Apple cheesecake is a fresh and fruity treat that combines a wonderful taste combination. Well recommended!
3 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
32oz cream cheese
2 c sugar
8 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c sifted all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp applejack brandy
2 Golden Delicious apples
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom and sides of a 10" springform pan.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into the pan.
Put the springform pan in a shallow pan of water. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 300F. Decorate top with half-moons of apple and bake another 20 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
