How to Have a Lucid DreamI understand that for some people, the thought of lucid dreaming is like the thought of instant teleportation. It seems too bizarre to be true. But really, most of us have had a lucid dream at some point or another in our life. It's simply when you are IN a dream, and you suddenly realize this IS a dream. You are "conscious" of being in a dream. For most of us, that knowledge only lasts a few moments before we go back to accepting the dream world as normal. But maintaining that conscious, or lucid, state is actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Yes, I lucid dream quite regularly. When you lucid dream, it means that you can confront your fears. If you see a fire raging towards you, you can think "It's OK, this is just a dream. I bet a thunderstorm will hit right now and put the fire out." And sure enough it will. Of course it will - this is a dream inside your brain :) Your brain is controlling what is going on. First, get a real handle on what lucid dreaming is all about. Then, when you're ready for an adventure, here is my four part help on how to achieve lucid dreams!
