Massage - Tips for Falling AsleepIt's much easier to fall asleep when your muscles are relaxed. When you tuck into bed, get your partner to give you a brief massage - or give yourself one! There are all sorts of great books on how to give a massage. This could be the perfect holiday or birthday present for your partner, as a subtle hint! Of course, you can also do massages on yourself. Start with your toes, kneading them gently, and work along the bottom of your feet. Move up to your ankles, and then your calves. You can then move to your shoulders, doing each shoulder separately, and finally the neck. You should feel relaxed after giving yourself a massage, and ready for sleep! Playing gentle music and using a scented, soothing oil can help the massage really take hold, too. Sweet dreams!
