Greek Wedding Sourdough Bread
One of the traditional meals at a Greek Wedding Celebration is sourdough bread. Bread is a key ingredient of Greek weddings, and favors are hidden in them for people to discover.
This easy bread machine version lets you celebrate in a Greek manner any time you wish! This makes a large loaf.
4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sourdough starter
2 2/3 Tbsp sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 1/3 Tbsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast
Follow the instructions from your bread machine manufacturer about the order in which to put things. Enjoy!
