Avon Naturals Lavender & Chamomile Body Lotion

Body lotions need to go on smoothly without being drippy. They need to stay where you put them, without feeling waxy or greasy. The Avon Naturals lotion definitely meets these criteria. It is a nice, soft purple color, but of course goes on clear when it absorbs into your skin. It's not greasy at all.

Best of all, for me, is the aroma. This is a great mix of lavender and chamomile which really is quite soothing. I have to admit that I get a kick when I read the back of the bottle and it says "this soothing body lotion moisturizes skin, leaves it feeling calm and relaxed." Your SKIN feels calm and relaxed? Rather than angry and hostile? But yes, your BRAIN definitely does feel much more relaxed after breathing in these great fragrances. It's why so many sleepy-time items are made with these fragrances. It's part of how your brain reacts to smell.

I really enjoy putting this on my arms, legs and stomach before I head into bed each evening. It lets my skin recharge and moisturize while I sleep, and the great fragrances help me fall asleep more easily.

The price for a 8.4oz container is rather reasonable, too.
