Moments Haiku

Midst the greenery,
shaft of goldenrod stands out -
an earthbound sunbeam.




Pond's mirrored stillness
suddenly disturbed - a race
won by a small child.




Favorite colors change
with my ever-varying moods;
smoky lavender.




Suddenly awake -
There's no ghost beside my bed
Yet his voice lingers.
