Could you please send me a list of hand raised parakeet breeders in the SF

bay area? The pet stores I have been don't want to talk about hand raised

parakeets.

but your best bet is to check with a parakeet organization to get references of the breeders in your area, to know which is the most reliable.

It's a shame that the stores near you only want to sell you bin budgies!
