One is Trained, the Other is Shy

I have two parakeets that i bought at the same time, out of the same cage at the pet store. the blue and grey one from the get go jumped on my finger. but the yellow one on the other hand freaks out when i'm in there, wont let me near it. iv'e had them both for about 3 months and the yellow one has nothing to do with me, what should i do?

Every parakeet is different, just like every human is different. Some are shy, some are outgoing. It's great that your first parakeet didn't need much training! But your other one does need training and it's sort of unfair to expect him to just instantly become tame because your first one did :)
