Breeders in Illinois

First off I would like to say that I really enjoyed your webiste, it contained a lot of useful information. I purchased my little Bryce a couple months ago from a pet store (which I will never do again) my poor guy has been in and out of the vet and on antibotics for a respitorary infection, luckily he returned to full health a couple of weeks ago.

He is completely finger trained now and quite loveable so I think it is time to get him a friend and I cannot find anyone in Illinois who breeds parakeets or of any adoption agencies for birds here. Do you know where I could maybe find this information/ of any that exist? Thank you for your help in advance.

but I don't know of any in Illinois. Your best bet is to talk to the vets in your area and see who they recommend!
