How Often should a Keet Bathe

Hey, I just have a simple question- How often should I bathe my parakeets? I took them in the shower the other day, and they absolutely loved it! I just want to know if it would be unhealthy to bathe them every day. Ttyl!

Yes aren't they so cute! We have a whole thread talking about this in our parakeet forum. It's all up to you and your energy levels, how often you bring them up to the shower. You should never force a keet to take a bath of course, but if you bring the keets up to the bathroom while you shower, they have the choice of just hanging out in there or hopping in to join you. With our keet, we bring her up and put her on the shower curtain rod, and sometimes she just sits there and sometimes she flies down to join in. Just make sure the water is lukewarm and that you give her a spot to sit not in the full stream if she wants to.
