I HAVE TWO PARAKEETS MY FIRST QUSTION IS HOW DO YOU KNOW IF ITS MALE OR FEMALE AND THEY MAKE THIS WIRED SOUND WHEN THEY PUT THERE BEAKES TOGETHER AND ITS BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE I HAD THEM WHY ARE THEY NOT HAVEING KIDS

and as far as breeding parakeets, if you're not even sure if they are male and female, how can you possibly ask about them having sex :) I would take them to a vet if you intend on breeding them, and make absolutely sure you understand the responsibilities involved and are prepared with the necessary equipment.
