Keets would drown in a toilet!! I have a whole page on poops -

they are not a big deal at all. You just put a paper towel beneath whereever they hang out (assuming they are hand trained, never let out an untrained bird). Then you throw it away and put down a new one. Keets poop very frequently so the chance of getting it to go back to its cage every time is slim ...
