what should I do if my parakeets don't trust me and go balistic when Im Near there cage. Should I keep on trying or forget about it?

If your keets are afraid of you, then you don't have their trust. Work through the training every single day, step by step. Move slowly, talk soothingly and quietly. It is critical you build that trust, and it is very possible too, as long as you work at it.
