Female Harming a Baby

I have 3 budgies now a male and a female they had eggs and 1 egg hatched and now the female is plucking the baby feathers off the baby bird whart should i do? is this normal?

YIKES!!! Get to a vet immediately, that is not normal at all, and it sounds like you really need to have a vet involved in this situation. If you are breeding parakeets it is critical you have a vet to call immediately for any trouble, and that you have the equipment and books on hand to get these issues resolved quickly. Raising tiny birds is an awesome responsibility.
