Vitamins in the Water

I PUT VITAMINS IN MY PARAKEETS WATER EVERY MORNING. MY PARAKEETS ARE SCARED WHEN I TRY TO FEED THEM FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. I PUT IT IN THEIR FOOD TRAY BUT THEY DONT EAT IT. AND THEY DONT CHEW ON THE CUTTLE BONE ALOT. I AM WORRIED THAT THEY ARE NOT GETTING ENOUGH VITAMINS. WHAT IS ANOTHER WAY TO GIVE THEM VITAMINS?

Please, if you read my site you'll see it says to NEVER put vitamins in the keet's water. You should always give your keets fresh, clean, pure water - it is critical to their health. Vitamins should always come naturally from food. I have a lot of advice on the site about training your keet to eat healthy veggies, and the forum is full of advice too.
