MY PARAKEET NAME IS BLUEJAY. HE IS SHEDDING ALOT OF FEATHERS THESE DAYS AND TODAY HE LOOK A LITTLE ILL. YOU CAN SEE A LITTLE BIT OF HIS SKIN ON HIS HEAD. AND SOME OF HIS FEATHERS ARE OUT OF PLACE. HE USUALLY HAVE THEM IN PLACE. WHAT'S WRONG WITH HIM?
