Can budgerigars be kept with cockatiels in the same aviary?

If it is a very large one I might consider it, but the size difference there is fairly significant. While you might under supervision have a budgie and tiel play together happily, even there I would have separate cages for them to return to. So if the aviary was big enough that they really had very different areas to stay in, it might be OK. But I would really be worried about conflict happening.
