Will Parents Reject the Babies

My parakeets had two babies the biggest one is huge it has lots but not all it's feathers(they are pretty small it is starting to get its wing feathers).Well I wass wondering if it is time to start socializing it and wheather or not the parents will reject the fact that it is around me---humans... Your message would be a great help thatk you for your help.

Parents will NOT reject the babies - it really sounds like you need to talk to a vet about breeding issues!! It is really critical that you understand these things before you begin breeding, breeding keets is a very serious undertaking that requires you to have medicine and special tools on hand in case of an emergency. Please schedule a meeting with your vet to go over all of these sorts of breeding issues.
