Not Chirping - Picking at Vent
User Question
i bought a budgie and he is not chirping and he is picking at his vent alot with his feet and beak. can you tell me what is wrong if anything.

All new budgies should go to a vet for a new-keet checkup. That is the only way to diagnose an issue, there is no way I can diagnose a problem from thousands of miles away. Be sure to schedule that new-keet checkup!
